We present you the traditional Sushi, iconic Noodle Bowl and Ramen, amazing Stir Fry sizzlers, fiery Chicken Wings, stylish Tempuras, and more of your favourite oriental dishes. More than 15 customary Pan Asian items full of rich and colourful spices like: wasabi, Shichimi togarashi, Rayu (Chili Oil), dashi, Miso, nori, teriyaki, Sansho Pepper, aonori topped with nutritional veggies and balanced protein. Chef Manish Dabral is an exceptionally talented and versatile chef with an innate ability to craft unique and flavorful dishes. His culinary expertise spans across a wide range of cuisines, including Oriental, Italian, Continental, and Indian, among others. With a distinguished career working with renowned hospitality groups such as The Imperial Group, The Aman Group, Red Hot World Buffet, Cosmo, The Ivy, and Gaucho, Chef Manish has honed his skills in developing innovative, calorie-conscious menus. As a Head Chef, he has established himself as a creative visionary, known for his exceptional flavour combinations, masterful presentations, and exceptional customer service. His culinary creations are a testament to his unwavering passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.

CHEF DON SILVA

Chef Don Silva is a highly skilled and accomplished chef with exceptional expertise in Teppanyaki and egg-related tricks. With an impressive track record of over 20 years of culinary experience, Don has worked in diverse restaurant roles, Menu Developer at Sibu Asian Soul Restaurant, Head Chef/Restaurant Manager at Wok to Walk Restaurant, and Senior Sous Chef at Cosmo Luxe Buffet Restaurant. Don is an adept and versatile chef, possessing a degree in Hotel and Management from Adamson University Manila, and receiving the Chef's on Parade Award for Best Continental Dish as a Bronze Medalist, which is a testament to his exceptional culinary skills. His passion for menu development, creative flair, impeccable kitchen management skills, and outstanding customer service make him an invaluable asset to any culinary team.
